Who pays for Pathroot?
Pathroot subscriptions are paid for by the individual patient. Practitioners pay a low monthly fee to gains insight into the client's progress and have other capabilities such as sending surveys, adding meetings on calendars, or sending messages. Practitioners have a segment of Pathroot, viewable only to their clients, where they can add content and customize the messaging to clients.
What is the cost?
Clients subscribe for a low monthly subscription and can add as many individuals to join their circle of care becoming members of Pathroot. Practitioners pay $70 per month for their subscription.
How do people sign up for Pathroot?
Practitioners receive a unique referral link to give to individuals who will access a short application to sign up and pay by credit card. Once they are signed up, they can invite others to join their group and become Pathroot members.
Is there a financial incentive to recommend Pathroot?
Yes. Pathroot will offer 15% as a subscription rebate to the partner. The partner can determine if they will provide a rebate for subscriptions to the practitioner which will be deducted from their partner rebate.
How do I track the rebate to the partner and the practitioner?
You will have access to a report in your dashboard that gives you up-to-date information on subscription revenue, your rebate and the practitioner's rebate. Practitioners have a report on their rebate in their dashboard if it is offered by the partner.
How does everyone get paid?
Pathroot will send a partner's commission through an ACH transfer. Once you designate the percentage of rebate to the practitioner, Pathroot will manage the ACH transfer of funds.
