Why should a treatment program recommend Pathroot?

Treatment programs should recommend Pathroot because it extends care beyond discharge, offering personalized tools, family support, and data-driven relapse prevention. It helps reduce relapse rates, improve outcomes, and provides revenue-sharing opportunities while minimizing staff workload.


Who pays for Pathroot?

Pathroot subscriptions are paid for by the individual patient or their family. The treatment program gains insight into the patient's progress and can use other features such as sending surveys, adding meetings on calendars, or sending messages at, all no charge to the program.


What is the cost?

Individuals or their families subscribe for a low monthly subscription and can add as many individuals to join their circle of care becoming members of Pathroot. A premium subscription includes weekly check ins from trained clinical advisors


When should the patient or family sign up for Pathroot?

Programs should introduce Pathroot at intake and have the family begin their subscription while the patient is in treatment. As an alternative, introduce Pathroot during family day.


How do people sign up for Pathroot?

Each program will receive a unique referral link to give to subscribers who will be linked to a short application that allows them to pick a subscription plan and pay by credit card. Once they are signed up, they can invite others to join their group and become Pathroot members.


Is there a financial incentive for the treatment program to recommend Pathroot?

Yes. Pathroot will rebate 20% to our partners who can designate any percentage of that 20% as a rebate to the treatment program.


How do I track the rebate to the partner and the program?

You will have access to a report in your dashboard that gives you up-to-date information on subscription revenue, your rebate and the program's rebate. Treatment programs have a report on their rebate in their dashboard.


How does everyone get paid?

Pathroot will send a partner's commission through an ACH transfer. Once you designate the percentage of rebate to the treatment program, Pathroot will manage the ACH transfer of funds to the program.
